What was the highlight of The Caesar Hotel
I felt welcome, safe and comfortable.
Lovely space, welcoming and professional staff. I was upgraded to a double room on the second floor, 209, with a view of the communal gardens which has been recently refurbished in a way that maximises space and light even in a small space. I don’t think it would be as comfortable for large people but it suited me perfectly for the one night I stayed at the hotel.
The scent of incense or something that reminded me of incense in the reception area, I find it too pungent.

The location was excellent. The rooms were very clean and well presented. The staff were helpful.
The rooms were very small, although not unusual for London. But not enough room for a kettle or a hairdryer in room or an iron.

Great location with very helpful staff
Great location, equidistant to Paddington, Bayswater and Lancaster Gate tube stations. Lovely neighbourhood with cute cafés which make for great breakfast options. Excellent and extremely helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom. Daily housekeeping is a plus.
Rooms are a bit tiny which could be a hassle if you’re staying for more than a night or two.
